You have been living with Andy as his tiny roommate of sorts.  Andy wakes up, and bends down to pick you up bringing you with him to the bathroom while he brushes his teeth.  
 
He asks you to help him out with a tooth that's bugging him, so he picks you up and puts you in his mouth to get to work.
 
After helping out, it is off for a morning workout, he sets you on the floor while he does some pushups, and other activities.
 
With the workout completed hes Andy's feeling hungry he picks you up and brings you over to the table while he eats.  He is kind enough to offer you some bites.  But on the second offer he pulls the wrap back before you have let go and you accidently get swallowed with a giant bite of the wrap.
 
It doesn't take long for Andy to realize his mistake and quickly tries to cough you back up.  It takes some trying but he finally manages to get you back up coughing you into his hand.
 
He apologizes but it doesn't seem like a super sincer, it seems if he hadn't been able to save you it wouldn't have been that big of deal to him.
