Colin is relaxing after getting home, but he's got a toothache.  His friend Paul happens to be a couple centimeters tall so he ask Paul to take a look because he doesn't have insurance to go to the dentist.  Paul objects but Colin puts him in his mouth any way.  Paul is a tad sarcastic and annoyed with the situation but Colin doesn't seem to care he asks him to scrape the spot that hurts and asks if its a cavity.  Paul responds with a little sass.  This home remedy is interrupted by a phone call.  Colin leave Paul in his mouth while he takes the call.  But keeping his mouth open so long has made it feel dry so he decides to take a drink, Paul protests in vain.
