Will needs a physical check up for work, but he's been too busy to go into the clinic for it.  He heard about a new service though, you schedule your checkup and then you are mailed a tiny doctor who will complete the physical and then you just ship him back.
 
The tiny doctor starts checking his balance, taking some measurements, weighing him (the doctor explains that Will just has to step on him, he is pliable and by measuring the compression force they can calculate his weight.)
 
He also has Will breath in and out while the tiny doctor listens.  He then checks his ear, nose and mouth.
 
Next he has Will swallow him to check inside him, when he gives Will the signal, Will is supposed to burp him up.  But Will can't burp him up and the doctor isn't responding to him anymore. He calls the support line to see what he should do.
