Jack signed up for a program where he takes care of a tiny person and gets paid to do so by the government, he views it as babysitting even though the little guy he's watching is 23.  Jack decides to take it literal and sits on the little guy changing positions a couple times.  After having spent a couple hours being sat on Jack pulls the little guy out to show him something he'd found.  It's another little person, but this one doesn't have government tags, so Jack can do whatever he wants to him and no one will ever know.  He puts both of them on the ground and starts repeatedly stepping on one.  He picks him up and puts him in his shoe telling him he needs to calm down.
 
Jack then puts on his shoes with the little guy still inside and he slowly chases after the other little guy.  Once cornered he steps on the little guy squishing him but not killing him.  He takes off his shoe and takes a close look at the other little guy before putting him in his jeans pocket.
 
Jack then turns his attention to the other little guy picking him up and then playing with him with his hand, chasing him with his fingers, lightly slapping the table, holding him in his fist, and flicking him.
 
Jack gets boarded and chucks the little guy across the room (in slow motion) he walks over to the stunned little guy and then teases both of them with his giant socked feet.  Eventually stomping and crushing the little guy he had found, and in the end he picks up the little guy he's paid to watch and pops him in this mouth.
