Eddy was recently fired from his job, a job he hated because of his terrible, garbage boss.  So one day he followed his ex-boss home and once alone, he shrank him and tossed him in his backpack.  We find him when he gets home.
 
He takes his now tiny boss out and sets him on the floor, taking his anger out on the tiny man unable to defend himself from someone so much larger.  Repeatedly stepped on, sat on, crushed and humiliated.  Until finally Eddy decides to swallow him alive.
