Andy has shrunk his bully, now that he's tiny he can do whatever he wants.  Andy ponders his options out loud, before deciding that the best way to humiliate him is to swallow him alive.  Andy teases, and chomps his teeth in the little bullies face before swallowing him alive.
 
But his bully somehow survives being swallowed, making it all the way through Andy's body.  He wakes up on the floor of the bathroom with Andy sitting over him.  Andy teases him for being gross and pathetic, and decides he should let the humiliation continue by sitting on him.
